Sorry, but I misunderstood you. English is a tricky language. "I haven't used it for more than 30 days" could be interpreted as meaning you haven't logged on in more than 30 days. My bad. Didn't mean to cause you any worry. If you haven't been a member for more than 30 days, then you should have no problem getting a refund using the link Martin Stahl gave you. Again my apologies....

It will depend on how many tickets they have but a day or two to get to the ticket and likely a few days to be credited to your payment method once submitted, though it could be faster.
