Is the only way to send images on the website? On the app for both iOS and Android it won’t work. I see that some people have images sent in the forums.

Yes. They have used the website.
You can use a browser app on your phone to use the website. I use Google Chrome browser app most of the time.

you first need to be on website just like #2 said and if youre lazy to go to website you can use the "league method." You just need to go to league then press on your account then go to one of your forums and now youre on the web forums. and now if you want to send pictures youll see
this then click the picture-looking icon, then press "choose file" After that, press "upload" then "post"
