How do i trck a Support Ticket

3 days ago I sent a request to Support and received an automated reply with a ticket number but no info on how to track this ticket

 

does anyone know the link I used be using?

The last time I sent a request to support (about a year ago) ,  the automated reply had a ticket no. and a link to track it.
