If I am unable to resolve this by Halloween I will close my account permanently!!

My rating in the site is lower because I only play casually and unrated.   I suppose playing rated games to get the rating high enough to get people at the expert level interested is necessary?

yes it is necessary--or you might consider paying 2000 rated players for their time.

Players over 2000 are not going to make seeks that include players like you.

I for one wouldn't want to play anyone in a rated game if I get no points for a win, unless it's part of an event.

You can join open tournaments, sometimes 2000s play in it. You could also check your settings to make sure you accept players 2000 rated. Finally you can also try unrated, you can fall against players much higher rated with that.

My seek range is -100 +200. ( It means 1900 to 2200 range).

But we have a fun thread whereas a 2000 rated player with a piece handicap should have equal chance vs average 1200 rated player.

We will play a few unrated games if you are interested. You play around 30 blitz games and get a stable rating 1100-1300 range, then we will play with you.( Time control 1 min bullet or 3 min blitz)

Yup

I'd recommend challenging a streamer

You could try the OTB Chess community, for people who want to play over the board.
