How do you post your games in a chess viewer?

Can somebody share with me how they are able to get their games posted on a chess viewer?  I have over the board games I want to post here and on blogs but I don't have the software to put it into a neat little table where others can click through the game, see the moves, and see notes on each move, you know, like how everybody else posts games on the forum.

Can somebody share with me how they do this?

You either need to get the games into PGN format or you can enter them by hand.

Click on the little chessboard icon above the text box. It can then walk you through putting the games in.

Thanks! After you type them in manually on chess.com using the little chessboard icon, can you share that chess game on another blog by copying and pasting somehow?

Okay, so I made a little Lopez opening...is there a way to save this whole thing to my computer so I can upload it to a personal blog or other chess sites?

Yes, click the "PGN" button at the bottom right of the board and it will give you the PGN of the game. You can then copy and paste that into a chess program to save to a database or paste it into notepad and save it as a file to use elsewhere.

Got it.  I took the PGN code and pasted into my blog's HTML (I use blogger) and just put a > after the code to make it appear...and it does appear, but just as a gameboard with the moves on the side...it doesn't let you toggle through the moves and see them on the board...is there anyway to do that?

Got no idea what "blogger" is.

If you mean on this site, when you create a new blog post you should have the same little chess board icon that will walk you through. You should be able to paste the pgn into that.
