10 days you say. I expect you will get the answer, but it will take a few more days. That is from my recent experience. They are obviously swamped due to this chess boom.

Yes but as I said I had deleted the original Gmail account linked to this account and I couldn't update the email in this account until logging in, so it could be that. I just told them my username and luckily I still remembered my password, but from a different email.
Yes, I even sent it multiple times and got the same automated reply each time, but never an actual person replying. There was another site that I had issues with receiving confirmation emails, but I figured this was due to the surge in tickets from many more members than usual due to the "chess boom" of the last 2 years.
