Well, it depends on when you sent in your question. Support staff do not work 24/7. Today is a Saturday. So if you wrote in yesterday, you probably won't hear back until next week.

I was curious with buttons and I clicked on "close my account" thinking I'd be able to recover it, and unfortunately I'm not able to.
I've sent a ticket to support it seems that they take too long to respond.
So, how long does it take them to respond?
