How long is it taking to get a refund for a membership?

It can take 2-3 days to get a response but will likely be sooner. Be sure to periodically check your junk/spam folders as they will contact you first about the request.

Update : I have now received a refund. It took approximately 1 week to receive the refund.

hi i try the 7 day free diamond membership i forget to cancel and today i got charged 142$ i cancel the abonament i send to chess,con a refund i send ss with the paid and now i dont know what to do many say i will get nothing other say i will get a refund who know what to do in this case ? please help i am desperate !

just go to your credit card provider and tell them what happened and they will cancel the tranaction and refund your money ---they do it all the time on ebay and amazon so why not here you have 30 days from the money withdrawal from your credit card

Did you use the Support option in the menu to request a refund? If you did and it said you would be contacted then it shouldn't take too long.

With it being the holidays it may take a little longer than normal though.
