I found the answer to my own question. It is on the membership description page. If any one else is interested. Premium members have access to all the games they have played on chess.com. free members have access to games played in the last 30 days. Other games are stored and will become available if member upgrades to premium membership.

How long does Chess.com keep the record of my live games? Is there a differance depending on weather I am a free or premium member.
