First you have to become a member. If you can figure out how to do that you're practically half way there.

and we don't want no kiddies as a staff member

(on a serious note: you must be at less 18 and over to apply and contact staff personally about this)

What do staff do

?

Design the site, moderate forums, control the mayhem, code new formatting, answer questions from noobs, make members happy, ban the troublemakers, etc.
