that's why I always block the chat before any game. After years of playing chess online I don't remember one single time that I used the chat for a positive or interesting conversation: only abuse. If this website was mine I would simply take the chat off, and leave the forums.

Just finished playing a game that just ended abruptly . Lost saying abandoned game which l did not it didn't show any lost connection message. The next thing l know I've lost the game. I don't want to point fingers coz l don't know who's at fault here. Something fishy happened and didn't know that there are people who cheat in chess which is an act of desperation
i just played a game where I thought castle was prohibited by check. I intentionally place my bishop in position to stop castle. Yet my opponent castled anyway. I may be missing something obvious. Anyone have this issue? First time for me. Again....maybe my misread.
Remember it’s only the king that can’t pass over a protected square- they’re rock still can. Was it that?
i was playing puzzle rush,then i got a wrong and then it stuck but the time is still ticking pls fix..
Just browse thru the forums, there are plenty of prime examples of people who have devoted a lot of time and effort to complaining!
Many have become quite profuse with prolific protests

The chess.com site disconnects automatically whenever a non paying subscriber is playing to ensure his chess ratings are controlled.
Wherein it seldom happens with a paid subscriber. That's unfair.

That's ridiculous. There are millions of non-paying members who have played billions of games successfully here.
It is a shame you sometimes have a bad connection but there is no conspiracy to interrupt your games. Somehow, you have won close to 5,000 games here.
Definitely a loose connection somewhere.
Post your social media usernames and passwords. You will be a funnier guy and your love life will improve after I take them over.
