premium memberships remove ads.
gold is good for unlimited game analysis
platinum is good for unlimited puzzles
and diamond for unlimited lessons
and all of them remove ads.

To contact chess.com, use the sidebar on the bottom-left of the default screen. You know the list, "Home", "Play", "Puzzles" etc.? At the bottom of it (below "More") is an option called "Help." This is where you report bugs, ask staff a question or report members.
As far as ads, yeah they can be super annoying. chess.com takes the stance that it is unfortunate, but they aren't in control of the ads (the company sending them is supposedly). Interestingly enough, upgrading to any chess.com membership (other than the default free one) will also block all the ads.
Alternatively, you could purchase an adblocker for your computer. This way, it would block all ads even on other sites.

i don't see ads anyway does anyone have an explanation for this?
Some computers (especially common with laptops) come with a built-in ad blocker program. Maybe that is why? Could be a list of reasons though. I know how annoying ads were for online chess though. I used the free program "Stop Ad" for a while (it was either free or I just kept using the trial period on it, but I think it was free). Now I don't have that problem because I am using a chess.com gold membership at the moment (was gifted to me), but yeah: ads stink to say the least; especially when they make the game lag or timeout
