I have had the same issue with the help bots. They are so dumb. Really wish chess.com would get humans to sort out our issues. I'm considering finding a different online chess platform because of this issue.
How to contact support? The Answer is... You have no chance contact support

i have the same problem too. friend who is a NM says titled players get faster/better help ig we slobs dont get respect we deserve when we need help.

You must make an offering to the Gods for support to answer you. Without an offering, you don't stand a chance.

If the ai agent does not have an answer it gives you the option to contact a real agent!

If it didn’t work, you could’ve just gotten unlucky.

It's been a month, not a few days, and I haven't received any response or heard from any agent. you call it "bad luck," but I don't think I have a single chance to contact support. and count the number of complaints about the lack of support in this thread and on this forum.

it said nonsense that has nothing to do with the essence of my complaint. and you didn't understand what I was complaining about either, and you're talking the same nonsense) I solved the puzzle perfectly correctly. and not just one puzzle, but several. at the moment, I have already encountered this problem five times. and I have no doubt that there will be a sixth, seventh and eighth time. And I even know why this is happening, and I could explain it to someone from support if they cared.

and..There was a time when this dumb AI didn't exist. In those prehistoric times, I had no problems contacting support and quickly resolved all issues.

You could be right about solving the puzzle correctly, but I still have doubts. (Did it deem you incorrect, not give you points, etc?)
Either way, you should have gotten a response from support my now, I agree that is unfair

It's not that hard to get the bots to put you in contact with billing.
