"How to Contact Support" is a locked topic and it's all AI BOTS just like everywhere else now

So chess.com is following pretty much every other big corporate model and making it impossible to actually contact them.

There is this forum, but hey, when do those who run this site ever reply?

There is the Support button below but you get through to an AI bot, and I know those. If what you have to say isn't on their stupid list, you can't say it.

The forums here are full of spam and nobody is doing anything about it.

I don't want to use facebook or X/twitter to contact anyone, you have this site so why not use it?

That post got 12 upvotes and 10 downvotes, one of them from me, as users don't count anymore, and what chess.com needs is a dedicated team of staff to actually REPLY to points made.

And if I make a valid point, at least I want to know someone has READ it and CONSIDERED it.

The forum is for users to converse with other users.
