i'm not sure it can be disabled. i think it only pops up for the first few moves. I'll move this to the help and support section and someone else may have a more in depth answer.

I'm not sure what you mean by "sandbagging" here. The problem is that I'm only getting a few seconds for each move and can't take my time to calculate. I think 4knights is correct and it only happens for the first few moves, but sometimes if people play wacky openings I don't know I still need to take some time....
Can someone explain how to disable the "auto-resign" feature? I guess it's to make sure you don't accidentally walk away, but it's set to 15 seconds or so, that's way too fast. I can't find how to change it and it means I have to make every move very quickly, like a blitz game.
