How to disable chat

Hi kind sirs/ladies,

I remember once being able to disable the chat feature of online chess, but for the life of me can no longer find where to do this.

Has this feature been removed or are my old eyes failing me?

Seriously, so few people chat on this site. What is the harm when the occasional person wants to say hi?

Normally I'm one of those people who love to "say hi", I'm just going through an antisocial stage while I sort out some emotions

It's in exactly the same place it's always been but you do have to click on 'Chat' to begin with, to be able to see it....

But believe me, if you don't want to chat, your opponent will soon get the message anyway!
