Settings > Home and change Home Style to Modern.
That is the biggest thing. There are some other changes that link makes but most are in that screen I think.

I use Android and when browsing the site, the Mobile version loads. The layout for that is not the same as the desktop site, so some of the options in settings don't take obvious effect. If you load the desktop site instead, from the link at the bottom of the page, then those options should have an impact.

Look for an icon ↱↲ Old Chess.com <-- click on that.
Should be near the Top or Left side of the screen.

SonOfThunder2 is correct. The question is how to change back to the default v3 settings. At least, that is how the post reads.
