How to get help from a human!!!
You mean you can't log into your computer?
As to getting help, you can use the support tool in the menu and should be able to get it to contact a support agent
Can you clarify exactly what happens when you try and if you're using your username or email address to log in?
OK... here we go.
I used my email alias ivanradoszyce@gmail.com for the past 6 years to log into Chess.com. I use Firefox as my browser on a Macbook Air M2 OS 15.0.1. This morning when I tried to log into Chess.com with the auto complete FireFox provides - no success. I can't login. I also notice a new Turing code, which is a pain, needs to be completed to complete a login.
So I reset my password, thinking my end was the issue. I reset the password and I STILL COULD NOT LOG into Chess.com. However, on my iPhone 16 it logs me in automatically hence the Forum Post.
Getting help is impossible. 'Chatting' to Bot IS NOT HELP. There is no way, that I can see, to contact a human. The Bot help is useless. I mean USELESS!!
So I tried reverting to my original username, stephan_j, in the hope I could log into Chess.com. Bingo it worked with my username stephan_j. Ah, you ask, why didn't you always use the username stephan_j to log into Chess.com. Well it stopped working 8 years ago hence I had to create and alias ivanradoszyce@gmail.com!!
To tell you the truth if it's this hard to log into Chess.com I'll cancel my Diamond Membership. And the fact that I can contact a person regarding my issues really has annoyed the hell out of me. It's really poor service.
For now, you should use your username. It was found that the issue is the system expects an exact match on the email address used in the login form and on the account, case included. So one change in the case will prevent the sign in.
It will probably be fixed soon.
Martin_Stahl. HOW am I supposed to know it 'will be fixed soon'?
I shake my head at some of the issues on this website. Once again, I'll ask this question:
How does one contact a HUMAN, not a bot if we have issues?
So who do I contact to cancel my subscription and get a refund?
Friend_ship_Forever. So what If I gave away my email. Do you have any sinister intent with my email?
Maybe you could offer a solution to my issues rather than troll my post!
Yes I am very, very p!@#%d off with Chess.com ATM.

You can get the support tool to open a ticket. After asking your question and if the supplied results do not resolve, try something like "contact an agent"
As to the fix for the problem, it was identified, a reversion of the code was made, and it is now working as expected.
I cannot get in contact with a human from chess.com, so I have decided to forward my complaints to this platform in hopes that a moderator or admin may see this and take action. Feel free to leave your opinions below as well.
Dear Chess.com, I am writing an email to you with regards to a player who I believe is cheating due to the unlikelihood of their situation.
I am Purplegenix, and I have been playing Chess for a very long time. You can see that I have had an increase in activity recently. I played the game today only to see that a player who goes by [removed — MS] has been leading the [removed] trophies, but what brings up suspicion is the fact that they are ahead of second place by 803 trophies, and that is a huge increase. The margin is approximately a 360% increase. Although this is humanly possible, that is not the main piece of evidence I have; I found that they have played 188 games in the past 7 days, which is or 27 games a day. Possible? Yes, Likely? No, I also found that they play 334 games in 30 days. Now this is all possible, yet it is not very likely, so if [removed] is not cheating, they are probably smurfing, as how is it possible that an account made a year ago with such statistics is only in the Crystal League?
I find this entire case extremely aggravating, and I implore you as a business to either fix your matchmaking or terminate this account.
Sincerely Purplegenix
