Follow this:
1) In the left of your PC/Laptop, press settings
2) Scroll your screen down, you will find a option named as Timezone
3) Choose the Timezone you live in (The place you live or your native place Timezone only).

Pretty sure the Club Audit Log is only in the time zone of the site and doesn't apply local settings of the player.
in my settings it shows ilke this
