The zoom feature ended up doing it, someone mentioned trying to scroll to see a loading option at the bottom and I saw the white pieces were out. I zoomed back from 100% to 90% and that got me the loading option at the bottom.
How to insert a game?

I see an insert game icon and can copy paste the pgn information into the box, but there is no way to exit, it just leaves you there. http://prntscr.com/qlzrdw I've never attempted this stuff before, and prior threads on this are not doing me much good.
