Go to game analysis of the game you want to post(for example https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/102642073639?tab=analysis), go to the move you want to comment on, then right click on the move and select comment. Then to post this game, click on the share option and copy the pgn, then open the forum you want to comment on, select insert game, then paste the pgn.
