how to play higher rated opponents only???

Kay, i have brought this bug up NUMEROUS TIMES!!!! I only want to play HIGHER RATED OPPONENTS!!! I am being stiffed with opponents lower-rated than me?!?!? How to set it up so I only play HIGHER RATED OPPONENTS!!!
If you proffer no help, you will be BLOCKED!!!
Someone fix this bug and explain why I am not playing good opponents lately. I need to make up rating points right now so either chess.com ought to gift me those points or someone fix this bug.
