How to use Private Chat ? ? ?

Dear Friends,
One of my friends sent me private chat request, unfortunatily I am unable to get the option to accept it.
Can anybody please assist me to accept and start the private chat....

To use private chat in Live Chess, click "Accept" next to the request in the alerts tab and then you should be all set :) 

You can also check the alerts tab if you didn't accept it in time 

Thank You! Dear Friend, but it seems some error in my android app, I am unable to figure it out. Neither I received any private chat nor I got the option to accept, my friend tried sending me message and I didn't get it. Can anybody else suggest something to me please.......

There sadly is no private chat in the android app - there is only chat in games in the app
