I did report him. I said so in the post. Thanks for not reading it. But my concern is if he is using one of those things like a Nord VPN, he might be having his IP changed on a varied basis.

IP blocking only helps with someone that doesn't know how to get around it and there are instances where it can't be done.
i got this message from someone...
i already reported for harassment, but if i blocked them, shouldn't they have not been able to message me? i want to make sure i've actually blocked this person and that they won't be able to send me such messages ever again.
