Is there any way to contact anyone from support staff? Something went very wrong. My puzzles score has been hacked.

What you're seeing is a known issue for members that have previously prestiged. Staff are are working on fixing the issue.

The safe move mode does not work, I can't take back a slipped move. It just turns the spaces red and if I move back I could not Castle. My email thelongolian@.

You're describing a premove. That marks the move in red

Yes, but it used to be yellow and you had to confirm that you intended to make that move. I could take it back and not lose anything.

I can't say for sure but premoves and confirm moves aren't something that I would think work together. You you sure confirm moves is still enabled for your app?
