I brought premium(platinum 1month) but did not receive the benefits nor the subscription

so today I've bought an 30 day platinum subscription and got charged for it but still haven't got the benefits and the subscription, I don't have the platinum flares nor the unlimited bot and the other stuff please help

Believe it or not, there is a person who has to process your order.

I don't know exactly when it will process but I expect it will be soon.

Did you purchase through one of the app stores? If so, it can take a little time to be applied.
