I can't log in on the website

I normally play on the chess.com app, but whenever I try to log in on the website the login page simply reloads and nothing happens. Why is this?

It works for most people, so why don't you try clearing the cache and cookies. The "simply reloads" mention points to a possible mixed configuration not fitting together. So clearing up things should work, maybe also trying another browser ... there are some recommendations what to try in the support threads. For me on Firefox I never had such a problem
