I can't see pieces when I press the play button on live chess

Hello everybody. I'm new at this site and I'm very curious about playing chess. I can play daily chess and against computer without having any problem. But I want to try any of these live chess options. I tried every option that I can try. When I press the play button the pieces and board is disappearing. What can I do? I'm using Opera with all permissions. Using Windows 8.1. As I said I can play daily chess, my only problem is about playing live chess. My internet speed and connection is very very good. Thank you for your comments

Can you give another browser a try and see if you still have the same trouble? Sadly Opera is not a supported browser  

We recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari if possible! 

Can you please let me know if that makes a difference for you?

So? Is this problem cannot been solved?

Problems get solved all the time. This one looks to be weird and likely is only impacting a very small subset of members.

@efesfer and @ElfaroukHarb, have you tried clearing your cache? Also, do you have any plugins that might be interfering with things?

We just deployed new code literally 10 minutes ago that should fix this!
