I can't use app properly

hello there,
I am trying to use the app on Sony Xperia and when I open the app there is usually nothing on the main screen and when that happens I cannot reach my older games. menu works fine but main screen is blank and there is no sign of my old games. hope you can do something about it

Try clearing the app cache when that happens. If that doesn't work, move to clearing the app data. That will remove customizations, so you'll need to set those back up.
