I cannot see other peoples profile

Whenever I click on someones name I just get a blank grey box with a little animation of 3 small cubes in a row like its trying to open something but it never does

its very annoying I want to see peoples ratings etc

I am using 'edge' browser

Bruh I refreshed the page a thousand times and even logged out and logged in again just to be utterly dissapointed. Hope they fix this soon.

Yeah, that's pretty annoying. I only can see someone's profile if I go to some played game and click on opponent's nickname.

It's a site-wide problem, I joined Beta mode but I'm still having the same issue. Not sure if this is any help but if you want to see someone's ratings, double-click their avatar or username and it will take you to their profile page. Ctrl + click to open the page in a new tab if you're in a game and don't want to get bumped out of the tab of the game you're playing. I'm sure the staff have been notified of the problem by now, and that they'll have it fixed soon.

Yes I have that problem aswell, definitely on chess.com I believe. 

Let's hope there will be a fix to this soon.
