I can’t seem to buy premium on iOS and I assume that it was because I accidentally bought it on my alt which I recently closed and I just need someone to help fix this I haven’t gotten a response for 3 days now from customer support could I get some help?

Support is the only way to get the help. The have a lot of tickets and a backlog, so it could take up to 12 day, but may be sooner.
Hey, I tried to put my credit card in to get the free trial for premium and it says transaction failed, i tried with two different cards and all the deets were right.. what do i do?

You could open a ticket with Support using the option in the menu. Be sure to choose the billing related option.
That said, your payment method has to support recurring payments
