Hello, my chess.com account was banned. Then I received an email to reopen it and I reopened my account. But I still can't log in. When I try to log in, it says the account is closed.When I click on the link in the email, it says "You have already activated it." How can I log in?

You created a new account and you should be able to log in with the email address and password you used to create the account
When I log in to the account closed email and click open, the first photo appears. I had previously requested to open the account and I received an account activation e-mail. I think what happens is the process allows you to create the account, using a linked authentication mechanism, the same one used on the old account. However, that link still exists on the old account so once you're logged off, you can't log back on.
Staff will need to unlink your accounts and set up a password. Then you'll be able either log in and set up the link, or use the forgot password to do the same process.
So how can I reach the staff? Do you know what I should do next?
You should be able to open a ticket with Support using the option in the menu, though I have asked staff about it in your account as well.
You should be able to login in your new account. You might need to use the password reset option and after logging in you can set up the linked account again.
