I can't reset my password

I was trying to log in to chess.com on Safari (I'm currently logged in to the Chess.com ios app) but I forgot my password, so I sent a pw reset link to my email. The thing is, it's nowhere in my email. What is going on and how can I fix this??

Did you check your junk/spam folders?
Yep, and it's not there
This also happening to me since last week. Very frustrating. I've only been able to access via the Google federated login but by doing so I'm losing on features.

If the account is the same the features are the same.

Maybe but I still need a password on devices I can't login with my Google Account.
