Every time I DO, it keeps saying this: "

After you contact the bot, you can ask him to contact human support.

Any further advice on this? I have tried contacting someone but cannot get past the ‘Chessica’ bot. Whenever I ask a question I get a link and then other options related to my question but no option to speak to a person
