I didn't receive my platinum membership after buying

Hey,

4 Days ago I decided to buy the Platinum Membership via iTunes Store. Everything went fine, I got the confirmation from chess.com and the money was transferred from my itunes account. Unfortunately my membership was never unlocked. At first I thought it might take a couple hours but now it has been 4 days and I am kind of upset about it because I lost 4 of my 30 days that I paid for. I did contact them 3 days ago but never got an answer.

Hi there. Support is backed up right now, but they should get back to you within 12 days. Once support gets to you they will help sort the issue out.

I do hope I will receive my full 30 day membership and not only 18 days.
