I dont get puzzles close to my puzzle rank

I am around 3000 rating in puzzles but I almost never get puzzles above 2000 rating. I highly doubt 2000s are the highest rated puzzles so I am not sure why my puzzles stopped getting harder. I wonder if my puzzles are bugged somehow?

There have been some changes in how puzzles are rated on the back end and the selection algorithm and rating changes are based on those changes. However, the UI is still showing old ratings for the puzzles.

The new system is designed to give a more accurate rating for puzzles and ratings.

Thank you for the clarification. It seems like puzzle elo is more inflated compared to the previous rating system then? (Since otherwise I would get both much higher and much lower puzzles)
