I used to get those kinds of messages. It pretty much means that users are reporting you for verbal abuse, and the chess.com automated message assumes that this verbal abuse is coming in games and not from the forums.
So, you're being reported by a number of users for whatever reason. I wouldn't worry about it if you haven't done anything wrong.
