either they've turned off the chat or they just aren't responding to you.

When your game starts in live chess, you should be automatically taken into the game chat tab. You can enter text in the bottom box, press enter on your keyboard to submit the text.
If the text vanishes or doesn't submit, then its likely your opponent has his or her game chat disabled. (yours is already turned on).
how do i chat with my opponents, tried and tried and nothing happens. HELP ME
