I got charged for subscription renewal twice

I got charged twice and refunded only once. The first charge was made on September 7th and is shown in Chess.com registers as FAILED, but the payment was made and I got charged.

The system then charged me again on September 11th, I asked for a refund and they only refunded me for the latest charge, and then canceled my subscription, so now I paid for a subscription that I don’t even have.

Chess.com support told me to go to the bank, and the bank gave me the support that the money had gone, and the transaction was a successful one, but Chess.com system marked the transaction as failed (how is that possible?)

I wrote to chess.com again, attaching the bank statement and more evidence, but now they are ignoring my messages.

They only base their responses on their system registers, but I asked them to check their bank account (because obviously, the money went to some account, as it was withdrawn from mine), but they did not answer me anymore.

Be careful with your subscription renewals, I'm sure I will never subscribe again, what a terrible user support service.

Not knowing the exact details, and not having access to Chess.com support systems, I can't offer an opinion on what happened.

I have asked support for a response.
