You still have your premium membership - I think you get kicked out of live chess for 30 minutes if you swear in the chat.

I said some innapropriate words to my opponent, and I got kicked from live chess. I paid for platinum membership and I got it taken away. I would at least like a refund for my account or have my membership restored.
