I GOT SANDBAGGED BY A HACKER! What do I do?

Hey everyone, help me please, this is serious! My younger sister (profile: Tuongva) did something I couldn’t believe.

SHE TOLD MY OLD PROFILE’S PASSWORD TO Khanhthy2014(An account on chess)!!! By the way my old profile was DucMinh2023.

I know the location and the device that Khanhthy2014 uses, but the problem was, my gmail account’s email that I was signed into was different from the email that I use on chess.com. So I didn’t get any notifiactions from chess. So on 22 November when I tried to log in, I WAS BANNED BECAUSE Khanhthy2014 SANDBAGGED MY PROFILE! When I signed into gmail with my chess email, and sure enough, there were emails from chess.com that said “Suspicious login”. But by then it was 3 hours too late. So now I have to use this profile. I filled in the form that should help me get my profile back. I haven’t had any replies from Chess.com yet, but what if when I go back, my rating skyrockets and they report me for sandbagging again, and I get banned forever? Is there any way to stop this?
