It's possible they accidentally blocked you but really, they would have to verify that

Did you say something to the users that blocked you that they might not have liked? If so, that must be the reason they blocked you
Like I said, I never interacted with them. I don’t even know them. For example, there was someone in NM coach bill club who I have seen him for the first time. He asked for an advice to improve in a forum, so I wanted to PM him the answer. However, it said to me you are blocked. I asked him, he said he wasn’t sure, and then unblocked me.

But the game lose/win ratio and accuracy rating are not congruent with using an engine.
There is win/draw/lose and the accuracy are all over the board.
Might be using a mobile device that accepted input when it wasn't intended. That's how butt dials happen. I wouldn't get too excited about it.
