I have not received my partial refund

I have raised the support team so many times and I have not gotten a response regarding my query to partially refund for a wrong plan that I subscribed to.

May I know who I can reach out to because I don't get any response from the support and the bot just gives a generic 2-3 days time which after that there is no response still.

I have raised the issue to the support team and they said there is an option for a partial refund. But the support team has not given me the form and I don't know where that form is.
