I keep getting banned for sandbagging or aborting games

I was recently banned for sandbagging, but the webpage is crashing when I start a game. The server somehow thinks I have either aborted or sandbagged. I reported the issue weeks ago and my account was reinstated. I have restarted playing new games and I have done so successfully for a few days. Now, the webpage crashing error is back. When I start a new game, the webpage crashes, and now I a, on the verge of being banned again.

Do you have any browser plug-ins/add-ons that could be interfering with site code? If you do, you might try without those.

thanks for the help. I actually don’t have any pop-up blockers or weird plugins or really anything that should interfere with the chess.com website. So, I don’t know why the webpage keeps crashing when I start a new game. I am using an iPad. Would that have anything to do with it?

I also have the same problem when using iPad. The site just keeps chrashing.

my ipad has ios 16.5 as well and im fine. idk whats goin on. i also use safari.

Have tried clearing the browser cache?

I had the problem on again tonight. Other people are reporting this. When are the admins going to look into this? I also am using Safari browser on an iPad. Maybe that is the common thing causing these browser crashes?

This has never happened before, but in the past month or so, this is occurring daily. What did the programmers do?

As far as I'm aware, nothing has materially changed. Have you attempted using the app or a different browser instead to see if it's Safari specific?

my friends android browser crashes, but as far as i can say laptop browser, ios broswer, ios app and android app work just fine

This happened again. I cleared the cache. Logged in. Boom! Same problem when I try to initiate a game. I damn on Safari. I have tried my friends Android just like yolosolo123 above and the webpage crash on initiating a new game after I log in.

This is now happening to my friends too. Log in. Start game. Webpage crashes.
