I keep getting disconnected

I keep getting disconnected from chess. com. now it's more or less every game. I don't know how many games I've lost, just because they've gotten "abandoned". there's nothing wrong with my internet connection. and yes, I've read the suggestions on what to do. they don't work for me. I've seen others having the same problem. is there something else I can do?
