These people really make correspondence chess unplayable.
This is the only format keeping me on this site. If they don't take care of the 2 people I reported I am leaving to lichess.

Unless they're using vacation to prolong hopelessly lost games, there's nothing that will be done. Members are allowed to be on site and play other game types while on vacation in daily games.,
