I lost game on time, but my time not finished yet!! That case happened to me several times.
Contacting the support team might help if this happens frequently. You may also want to mention whether you are using desktop, android or iOS app.
If you can provide the game ID, it might help troubleshoot as well. ID can be found in chess.com webpage. To find it out, do this:
Go to your Game archives: https://www.chess.com/games/archive
Click 'Analyse' next to the game which you believe is bugged.
You will get a page as below: 
You can find the Game ID in the address bar as highlighted above.
