 this guy "justinessin", played the first couple of moves and then just let the time run out, I sat there for fifteen minutes and then when I finally won I didn't get any rating points.

I don't know why a guy would do this but it really ticks me off. Anyone know how to help?

For future reference, you can resign before you have made your 4th move, and it will count as a loss but you won't lose any rating points.  Other then that, not much you can do.

I found when I have been taking  the game the player disconnects  and does not come back  I win but no point for the great effort, so far this was done to me by several India players. You can look at my games and see two just in the past few days.
