What device type are you on?

I know there's an Android device that the maker has their own app store and the app version in it is old and has old features and isn't something that can be updated. You could contact Support directly using the option in the menu to discuss your options.

I believe there's also an issue with the iOS app store and members that previously had gold, prior to September 21st 2022, where getting it again gives the old features (and prices I think) and not the current ones

I believe its everywhere. I tried iPhone, iPad and also web version through browser which I'm using to write this post. It shows me I have gold membership but doesn't give memberships perks.

support bot in chat keeps giving me unrelated answers and it is impossible to talk to someone alive. There is also no support email I could use. Only this forum.

Correct, if you get the membership through one of the app stores that is impacted (device on Android or old membership renewal on iOS) then the feature set will match on web as well since it's tied to the membership level.

You might need to get a refund instead and purchase on web. That said, you should be able to get the support tool to transfer to an agent. If you explain the situation fully and it doesn't transfer you can try something like contact an agent 

Alternatively, you might try one of the billing options since it is related to that.

Probably, but I never had one. Decided to buy it today, bought through iOS and here we are. Quite frustrating frankly.

Hopefully it will be resolved sooner than later otherwise I think I will have to cancel this transaction through Apple pay and bank

There is no way to pass the AI bot in the chat, it keeps giving me unrelated answers and never suggests to connect me with real agent.

There is no email to send my request as well.

The only way I can let them know about my issue is this forum. I can only hope someone will see this post
