I paid for the membership, but my account is still set to trial

I already paid for the monthly pay membership, and the confirmation email is already in my email along with my bank balance being deducted, but it seems thag my account is still in trial mode as i still get the pop up to buy the membership when i try to do puzzle or game analysis

If you purchased through the app, it can take some time to apply..

If you don't have it soon, open a ticket with support.
